On Monday, the government decided during a telephone session to propose to the Supervisory Board of INA the appointment of three current members of the Management Board, and to the assembly of the Croatian Energy Market Operator (HROTE) the appointment of the director and members of the Supervisory Board for a maximum term of six months, as their mandate is expiring.
The government adopted a conclusion proposing the appointment of Hrvoje Šimović, Miroslav Skalicki, and Marin Zovko as members of the Management Board of INA until the completion of the competition procedure for the appointment of Management Board members, for a maximum period of six months, as their mandate is expiring.
To the assembly of HROTE, the appointment of Darjan Budimir as director of the company until the appointment of the director through a public competition, for a period of no longer than six months, has been proposed. It should be noted that Budimir was appointed director of HROTE in September last year, until the completion of the public competition for a maximum of six months, when he replaced the previous director Boris Abramović in that position.
For the members of the Supervisory Board of HROTE, for a maximum period of six months as their mandate is expiring, the government proposes Ivana Šuman, Antonio Bebek, and Ivan Tadić, as announced by the government.
