Siniša Komnenović takes over as the new CEO of Baumit Croatia from March 1 of this year. With exceptional experience gained in leading oil companies and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, Siniša Komnenović brings with him deep insights into various markets, consumer habits, and business strategies that promise to continue the success of Baumit’s operations.
He began his career at the prestigious international company Procter & Gamble, where he gained a fundamental understanding of market dynamics and consumer trends through a series of commercial positions. Subsequently, as Sales Director for Croatia and Slovenia at Pernod Ricard, Siniša Komnenović successfully made team leadership and achieving sales targets his trademark.
For the past seven years, he has served as the CEO of Tifon, a member of the MOL Group, where, in addition to achieving excellent economic results, he demonstrated exceptional skill in human resource management, confirming the thesis that satisfied employees are the key to sustainable business success. His experience in business development, along with his academic education, makes him exceptionally qualified to lead Baumit Croatia.
