In this year’s list of the most innovative companies in the world, the American magazine Fast Company has included a Croatian company for the first time – Infobip. After going through thousands of received applications, the editors and journalists of Fast Company selected companies that drive progress around the world and across various industries – from early-stage startups to some of the most valuable companies in the world.
This year’s list features companies that shape the industry and culture with their innovations, setting new standards and recording extraordinary achievements and milestones across all economic sectors. In addition to the main list of the 50 most innovative companies in the world, Fast Company recognized a number of organizations (a total of 606) across 58 different sectors and regions. Infobip ranked sixth among the most innovative companies in the automotive industry, thanks to, as noted by Fast Company, the transformation of the transportation and car purchasing experience. In second place on the same list is, for example, Mercedes Benz, while Infobip also found itself alongside Blackberry, which took fifth place.
Collaboration with Numerous Brands
Infobip has collaborated with companies such as Uber, Bolt, and Cabify to introduce innovative models within the automotive industry and transform communication with users. One of Infobip’s latest significant projects is with Uber in India, where it developed an AI-based chatbot that allows users to order rides via WhatsApp.
Additionally, Infobip has worked with brands such as Toyota, Nissan, and Indian Mahindra Auto to simplify the sales experience for customers. Nissan’s subsidiary in the Middle East reported a 71 percent increase in unique users generated through the WhatsApp chatbot, as well as a 138 percent increase in potential clients. Mahindra highlighted that automating communication with users by synchronizing the existing chatbot with Infobip’s WhatsApp API helped increase their operational efficiency by 30 percent.
