Joško Grašo is the new Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the CROATIAN TRANSMISSION SYSTEM OPERATOR, replacing Marko Dvorski.

Mirjana Tonković has been appointed Director at NEXE’s company EKONEX, replacing Stjepan Ergović.

Bankruptcy proceedings have been opened against the Varaždin company B.M.V., owned by three directors residing in Slovenia Martina Žilnika, Benjamina Fugine, and Zdravka Ocvirka, with Anđelko Stankus appointed as the bankruptcy trustee. The proceedings were initiated by Ocvirk on January 18, stating that operations were halted three months prior ‘due to the termination of business cooperation by a long-term foreign buyer.’ Furthermore, on November 23 of last year, the State Inspectorate filed a proposal to initiate misdemeanor proceedings against B.M.V. and Ocvirk because 145 workers did not receive severance pay and the company’s obligations were not settled. The account has been blocked since the end of last year, with a debt of 444 thousand euros.
