Coca-Cola HBC Croatia Received Four Certificates for Excellent Human Resource Management

Thanks to the excellent results achieved in this year’s human resource management analysis conducted by SELECTIO, the most recognized HR consulting group in Croatia, Coca-Cola HBC Croatia proudly received the Employer Partner certificate for excellence in human resource management and three Above and Beyond certificates in the following categories: “Satisfaction”, “Innovation”, and “Future”.

The Above and Beyond certificate is a prestigious recognition, reserved for the top 10 percent of organizations with excellent HR systems. Only those organizations that meet all the criteria for the Employer Partner certificate and additionally stand out with high results can apply for the Above and Beyond certificate.

– Coca-Cola HBC Croatia has been demonstrating top practices in human resource management for years, and this year they continued in the same tone, achieving Above and Beyond standards in three categories. By developing future competencies, reskilling, and upgrading skills, as well as making very high investments in training, Coca-Cola HBC Croatia is already preparing employees for future challenges and market situations. Encouraging innovation through programs such as HoReCa POD and Digital guru tribe, which are rare in the Croatian market, successfully drives change and improves business processes.
