RALU Logistika, owned by Luka Rajić, has completed ahead of schedule the construction of a new deep-frozen warehouse in the Dragošička business zone in Rugvica, which began last May, the company reported. This marks the conclusion of its latest investment cycle worth over 15 million euros, which increases its frozen storage capacity by 6,500 new pallet spaces in addition to the existing ten thousand spaces.
In this way, RALU Logistika states, conditions have been created for further business growth and meeting the increasing market demand for 3PL services in the cold chain. This refers to so-called ‘third-party logistics’, a service that a company subcontracts to a supplier, consisting of its logistics operations, as well as storage, order preparation, and/or transportation tasks. Therefore, a 3PL service provider becomes responsible for managing the company’s products and ensuring they reach their final destination, acting as an intermediary between the company and its customers.
With the new investment, RALU Logistika will create one hundred new jobs, and plans to further increase the number of employees over the next five years. This year, RALU is celebrating 35 years of successful operation, marking this anniversary with the completion of the investment cycle and the opening of the new warehouse.
Five Distribution Centers

Additionally, following the growth of warehouse capacity, the fleet growth plan includes 25 new tractors and semi-trailers for international transport and 10 distribution vehicles for delivering goods across Croatia.
