Rijeka’s Jadroagent announced on the Zagreb Stock Exchange a call for a general assembly where a proposal for dividend payment will also be decided. The assembly will be held on April 8. According to the call, the company achieved a net profit of 1.6 million euros last year.
Part of that amount, 47,373.04 euros, is allocated to reserves for unpaid profits of the associated company Atlantagent d.o.o., which will be allocated to retained earnings upon payment of the specified funds. Another part of the profit, 8,377.37 euros, is allocated to reserves based on the lease of business premises in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as stated in the proposal.
– By the decision of the Supervisory Board on January 3, 2024, a gross advance dividend of five euros per share was paid on January 12, 2024, from the current profit of 2023. The remaining dividend in the gross amount of eight euros per share will be paid to shareholders registered in the SKDD depository on April 19, 2024 (record date). The first trading day on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, without the right to dividend, is April 18, 2024 (ex date). The claim for dividend payment matures on April 26, 2024 – it is explained in the call.
Let us remind you that Jadroagent also paid the same amount of advance and remaining dividend last year. The mentioned dividend will be paid from retained earnings of previous years. The total retained earnings after the distribution of profits for 2023 amount to 1.4 million euros, the company states.
