Zdravko Đogić has been appointed as the new member of the Management Board and Director of Operations of L’Oréal Adria-Balkan. In his new role, Zdravko Đogić replaces Kristian Horvat, who takes on the position of Chief Transformation Officer for the entire Adria-Balkan region.
Zdravko Đogić will be responsible for the operational business of the company across nine markets in the region, which includes planning, leading, and overseeing all operational activities to ensure the effective functioning of L’Oréal’s sustainable business in the Adria-Balkan region.
As the head of product distribution, Zdravko Đogić joined the L’Oréal Group in 2016 after many years of experience in the financial and FMCG environment. Upon joining L’Oréal, he quickly took on the role of supply chain director for the Consumer Products Division. He comes to the position of Director of Operations and member of the Management Board of L’Oréal Adria-Balkan after two years of experience at the L’Oréal Group headquarters in Paris, where he worked as Logistics Director for Central and Southeastern Europe, responsible for the markets of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Romania, Russia, and Adria-Balkan.
