The Adriatic Pipeline achieved nearly 52 million euros in net profit in 2023, representing a growth of 27.6 percent compared to the previous year, the company announced on Tuesday.
Total revenues during this period reached 153.3 million euros, an increase of nearly 29 percent. The majority of these revenues, as stated by the state-owned company, were generated from core activities, namely oil transportation and storage of oil and petroleum products, amounting to a record 146.7 million euros, or 28 percent more than the previous year.
Business with foreign customers accounted for 73 percent of revenues from core activities, indicating a significant contribution to the export balance of the Republic of Croatia. In Janaf’s statement, it is noted that this is already the third consecutive year in which Janaf exceeds its historically best business results.
