Rimac Nevera has recently received its first Croatian customer, Dr. Branko Škovrlja, a Croatian neurosurgeon living in New Jersey. As the Rimac Group has grown from a garage startup into a global company while still maintaining its headquarters in Croatia and Croatian design and expertise, this event holds special significance for the company, as stated in their press release.

The Croatian customer took delivery of his Rimac Nevera hypercar through one of the Bugatti Rimac sales representatives, Manhattan Motorcars in New York. His journey began with a YouTube video in which he was impressed by the company and the car. He expressed his interest immediately and visited Zagreb several times to meet the team, select the exact specifications of his car, and monitor the production of his Nevera.

Škovrlj opted for a sporty configuration that fits the personality of the Nevera hypercar; the so-called Predator Black ‘Fantasy’ finish, with a red leather interior. The exterior features glossy red brake calipers, hidden behind Infinitus wheels, and the interior includes several special details, including a black satin finish for anodized metal parts, perforated seats, and stitching characteristic of Rimac cars.

– Every Nevera is a special story, a dream of one of the owners, and each customer experience is different. Today we share an important moment with Branko, as he becomes not only the first Croatian, alongside me personally, to own a Nevera, but also an ambassador of what we have built here. We both proudly represent our homeland on a global level, and it has been an honor to have Branko by my side, who was involved in creating his Nevera and who now becomes part of the Rimac family – said Mate Rimac, founder and CEO of Rimac Group.

The Nevera is designed, developed, and produced at the Rimac headquarters in Croatia, from where deliveries are ongoing to customers worldwide. Setting 27 world records for high performance within just one year, including the Nürburgring track record for production electric vehicles, as well as the record time at Goodwood in the UK for a production car, the Nevera represents proof of the brand’s commitment to creating a new era of automotive performance, adds the Rimac Group’s statement.
