Applications are open for the new SELECTIO HR Academy program

At the beginning of February, the SELECTIO Group, the most well-known Croatian HR consulting company, opened applications for the SELECTIO HR Academy program, which, with its new online format, becomes available to a wider range of professionals.

This is the first program aimed at “HR generalists” who need to establish the HR function from scratch and HR professionals who want to improve the existing human resource management system based on the latest HR practices. So far, it is the only program in Croatia that provides practical knowledge for building the entire HR system.

The education lasts for 6 months, and the content is shaped according to the highest global standards and recommendations from SELECTIO consultants who have conducted 20,000 evaluations of HR systems for the purpose of issuing the well-known Employer Partner certificate, thus gaining insight into the real challenges of regional organizations and HR teams.

Since its establishment in 2009, when it was the first program for educating HR professionals in Croatia, the SELECTIO HR Academy has educated over 400 HR enthusiasts, some of whom later became leaders of the highest quality HR systems in the region.
