The majority owner of the Osijek company DRAVA INTERNATIONAL, Zvonko Bede, has resigned from the position of director after being arrested in January for responsibility for a major fire at a plastic waste site. The former procurator, Snježana Alerić, has been appointed as director, and Marko Bede has been granted procuration. Both of them are minority owners of the company. The resignation was a standard maneuver to eliminate the risk of a possible repetition of the criminal offense and to avoid investigative detention, but the judge did not accept it.

The former member of the Supervisory Board of VARGON from Kukuljanovo, Tin Ban, has been appointed as the president of the Management Board instead of co-owner Goran Brašnić, while Tomislav Franko and Marko Šustić have been appointed as members of the Management Board instead of Igor Andreić.

ECG CROATIA from Pula has received a Management Board, whose members are Philippe Marie Christian Imbert de Tremiolles, Marino Brečević, Vanja Rampini, and Igor Arnold. The former director, Alain Yvon Calme. has been appointed as the president of the Management Board.
