Travel insurance for A1 users is an insurance service provided by partner L’AMIE AG as an insurance representative and insurer Atlas Insurance PCC Limited. This new service allows carefree travel anywhere in the world without contractual obligation, activated upon leaving Croatia and charging only for the days spent abroad.
All necessary coverage is provided to users in one package. An Individual package is available at a price of €1.69 per day of travel for one person, and a Family package at a price of €3.99 per day of travel for two adults and up to four children (up to 28 years old), and it is also possible to change packages.
The service is available immediately after registration and is valid for all future travels. When the user leaves the country and connects to the mobile network of a local operator abroad, they receive an SMS about the active coverage for that trip. The user can also cancel by replying STOP to the received SMS. Upon returning to the country and connecting to the A1 Hrvatska network, the user receives an SMS notification about the end of coverage for that trip.
