Croatia osiguranje, which operates within the Adris group, has launched Koreqt, an advanced digital platform for comparing and selecting products and services. According to a statement from Croatia osiguranje, this project aligns with the growing trend of online shopping and allows users to search for services and products more effectively, as well as to compare prices and offers from various partners more easily.
Due to the increasing choice of products in online stores, it is extremely difficult to compare their features and prices. Therefore, Croatia osiguranje, recognizing market needs, has launched Koreqt, which simplifies and facilitates the selection and purchasing process for users, while providing partners with an opportunity for faster growth and development of their business.
– E-commerce is a rapidly growing industry with plenty of room for better user experience. Given that we have an excellent team that has successfully implemented and leads digital projects in insurance, it is time to transfer our knowledge to other industries. This step for the company creates new value and is in line with the digitalization we have been investing in for years – said Davor Tomašković, CEO of Croatia osiguranje.
Online shopping has become a daily routine and a common way of purchasing, and the review of offers and benefits has shifted from paper to the web. Insider Intelligence data shows that in 2023, as many as 2.64 billion people shopped online, which is almost a third of the world’s population, and the number of buyers continues to grow. Last year, there were 80 million more digital buyers globally than in 2022, an increase of 3.1 percent compared to the previous year.
Croatia is following global trends. According to the latest research by the eCommerce Association of Croatia, 45.8 percent of Croatian buyers shop online once or more times a month. Just in 2023, the number of online buyers who shop daily increased fourfold compared to 2022. It is also important to emphasize that Croatians research offers and discounts more than the EU average in search of better options, as shown by a study by DPD Croatia.
