E.ON Croatia continues its business investments aimed at accelerating the green energy transition in Croatia and Slovenia, and with the acquisition of the Zagreb-based company for energy efficiency and project supervision Tomting 2010, which will now operate within the E.ON Croatia group, an even faster and higher quality energy transition for customers will be ensured, the company stated in a press release. E.ON has also acquired Green Eight, a company specialized in the installation, maintenance, and management of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems. With these acquisitions, E.ON strengthens its internal capacities and skills with the goal of accelerating the path to sustainable energy solutions for households, business customers, local communities, and cities.

Green Eight has collaborated with the E.ON Croatia group for the past two years, and its energy experts now become part of the group through this acquisition.

By acquiring Tomting 2010, E.ON Croatia further ensures customer monitoring throughout the entire energy transition process.
