Davor Mayer is the new director of CITY GASWORKS ZAGREB, replacing Goran Popović. Mayer was previously the director of TIFON and is best known in the business community as a member of the Management Board of INA from 2011 to 2020. Additionally, Damir Novinić, a member of the Management Board of ZAGREBAČKI HOLDING, has entered the Supervisory Board and has been appointed president instead of Krešimir Milinović.
