Eurospin to Increase Retail Salaries by 12 Percent Starting in 2024

The retail chain Eurospin will begin increasing salaries by an average of 12 percent for all its retail employees with the new year. Among them, as many as 40 percent of employees will receive a raise of as high as 20 percent. The chain has already increased salaries by 10 percent this year and provided employees with a Christmas bonus of 500 euros, one of the largest in the retail sector. The fact that Eurospin is indeed a desirable place to work and offers its employees opportunities for growth and advancement is evidenced by the fact that this year, 15 percent of employees have advanced, or 67 out of a total of 440 employees.

This discount chain of Italian origin specializes in selling food and non-food products, exclusively selling its own brands and paying its employees for every hour of overtime, transportation and meal allowances, as well as numerous bonuses. In Eurospin stores, there are no classic brands as in other supermarkets, but exclusively products that have been designed and carefully selected by a team of experts to meet all market characteristics.

Eurospin opened the doors of its first store in Croatia in August 2020 in Zadar and has expanded to 23 locations with a total of 440 employees in just three years, including in Pula, Poreč, Pazin, Labin, Viškovo, Split, Zadar, Sisak, Samobor, Zaprešić, Velika Gorica, Zagreb, Čakovec, Vrbovec, Križevci, Koprivnica, Bjelovar, Požega, Slavonski Brod, Osijek, and Đakovo.
