The owner of the construction company ISTRA from Pazin, Dragan Jurilj, has ‘resigned’ from the Management Board, leaving the position of Management Board member to Ivan Jurilj, while he has taken over the procuration.

It has been confirmed in the Court Register that Oleg Uskoković is the president of the Supervisory Board of MEDIKA instead of Ružica Vađić, who is no longer in the Supervisory Board, and Mihael Furjan is the deputy president instead of Damjan Možina, who remains in the Supervisory Board.
