The former member of the Management Board of ALLIANZ CROATIA Marijana Jakovac has been the president of the Management Board since the beginning of October, replacing Daniel Matić, who has taken on the role of regional member of the Allianz Management Board for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.

At first glance, it seems unusual for a company owner to submit a written resignation from membership in their own company, effective the same day. This is exactly what the owner of FILIR Mario Radić has done. He also resigned as a member of the Management Board of FILIR’s subsidiary BOBI SNACKS. The reason was revealed three days later when the parliamentary Mandate and Immunity Commission approved Radić’s request to activate his mandate as a representative of the Homeland Movement. (Until now, he was replaced in Parliament by Danijel Spajić.)
