Entrepreneurs in the retail trade of games and toys in specialized stores achieved a net profit of 343 thousand kuna last year, in contrast to 2021 when a net loss of 1.6 million kuna was recorded, according to the latest data from Fina.
According to data from processed annual financial reports for statistical and other purposes, 20 entrepreneurs with 101 employees operated in the retail trade of games and toys in specialized stores in 2022.
These entrepreneurs generated total revenues of 75.1 million kuna, which is a 65 percent increase compared to 2021, and total expenses of 74.5 million kuna, or 59 percent more. In 2022, they achieved a period profit of 1.2 million kuna and a period loss of 894 thousand kuna, resulting in a consolidated net profit of 343 thousand kuna.
– The financial result in 2022 was most influenced by the reduction of losses of the micro-entrepreneur Aranea Wholesale, from 2.7 million kuna in 2021 to 668 thousand kuna in 2022 – highlighted Fina.
Among the 20 entrepreneurs in the retail trade of games and toys in specialized stores in 2022, the company Aranea Toys achieved the highest total revenues (41.2 million kuna). In second place is Aranea Retail, with 16.5 million kuna in revenue.
The average monthly net salary calculated for employees of entrepreneurs in the retail trade of games and toys in specialized stores last year was 5,180 kuna, which is ten percent higher compared to 2021 and 25.7 percent lower than the average salary of employees at the national level, which was 6,973 kuna.
