Atlantic Grupa announced on Thursday via the Zagreb Stock Exchange that it has acquired the company Eurocenter, with the transaction valued at €26.5 million.
Atlantic Grupa purchased Eurocenter from S IMMO AG, a European real estate management agency, which owns the Eurocenter business building located at Miramarska 23, as stated in Atlantic Grupa’s announcement on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
At that address, they note, is the long-standing headquarters of Atlantic Grupa, where the company is also registered.
“The value of the transaction is €26.5 million, excluding debt and cash,” the announcement states.
The Eurocenter business building spans nine floors and occupies nearly nine thousand square meters.
With the acquisition of the building, where it currently occupies several floors, Atlantic will consolidate its office spaces in the Zagreb area into its own business building, which thus becomes the representative headquarters of one of the leading companies in Croatia and the region, Atlantic Grupa stated.
