In Kutina, an Industrial-Logistics Zone spans 74 hectares, which offers future tenants, in addition to a favorable geopolitical position, a range of other technical predispositions that distinguish it from other zones.
On these 74 hectares, in the shape of seven plots, larger facilities for production and business purposes can be constructed. The mentioned zone is entirely owned by the City of Kutina and is aligned with the City Urban Plan (GUP) and Spatial Plan (PP).
Ensured infrastructure
In addition to a stimulating low land price, exemption from paying utility contributions (100% of the calculated ratio) and from paying utility fees at a rate of 100% for a period of up to five years, the zone has ensured communal and energy infrastructure and is ready for new projects and investors who would open a range of new jobs for the population of Kutina and its surroundings.
The zone is located along the state road D45 right next to the A3 Zagreb – Lipovac highway, which is part of the European road route E70, as well as next to one of the most important railway pan-European corridors X, and the distance from the zone to Zagreb is less than an hour’s drive.

In addition to the Industrial-Logistics Zone, three entrepreneurial zones have been established in Kutina, where free spaces for smaller production facilities can be found. The business zones are equipped with all communal and other infrastructure, and their proximity to other entrepreneurs makes them attractive. In Kutina, among other things, microchips, barrels, PVC carpentry, excellent wines, with Škrlet as an indigenous wine, are produced, design services are offered, and numerous other products can be found in the heart of Moslavina.
