HBOR (Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development) has received its thirteenth Employer Partner certificate for continuous advancement and implementation of best practices in human resource management.
To meet the requirements for obtaining the certificate again, HBOR underwent a detailed evaluation of its human resource management system, which assesses employee experience in seven key areas: attraction and recruitment, onboarding and employee development, engagement and employee satisfaction, transformation and development, retention and rewards, and offboarding and employee return. The HR system evaluation conducted by Employer Partner is the only one that simultaneously considers two perspectives – the employer’s perspective and the employee’s perspective.
Investment in Education
Through the training available to them, HBOR employees acquire valuable knowledge and skills that benefit them in their private and professional lives. HBOR employees have the opportunity to undergo training for setting SMART goals, developing communication skills, time management, and personal effectiveness management for professional development. HBOR also invests funds for employee scholarships and encourages them to enroll in postgraduate studies. Additionally, employees undergo training on sustainability and gender equality topics, and they have access to numerous materials from which they can learn how to live healthier and function better in their private environment.
