The company Kraš has informed shareholders via the Zagreb Stock Exchange that the five-year deadline for claiming dividend payment is approaching. They have warned all those shareholders who, for various reasons, have not yet submitted a request for dividend payment to do so as soon as possible. We are transmitting the text of the notice in full.
In accordance with the Law on Obligatory Relations, a general limitation period of five (5) years applies to the claim for dividend payment. All shareholders whose dividends have not been paid due to incomplete or inaccurate data can contact KRAŠ d.d. using the contact details for shareholders (by phone or email) before the limitation period expires.
The notice did not specify for which year the request should have been submitted, but given that the five-year deadline is expiring, it can be assumed that it should have been submitted in 2018. In any case, all those Kraš shareholders who have not done so still have time.
