Companies and Careers: Bankruptcy Opened for OMS Management, Abrus Fijačko Left Endava’s Management…

A bankruptcy proceeding has been opened against OMS MANAGEMENT, and Predrag Filajdić has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee. The bankruptcy of the company owned by Goran Husić and Josip Šurjak, which was at the center of a gas affair worth around one billion euros, was initiated due to employee claims. However, the account has been blocked since August of last year due to a debt of approximately 62.5 million euros, primarily due to unpaid taxes. The company thus found itself on the ‘shame list’ as the largest tax debtor in Croatia. At that time, OMS MANAGEMENT stated that the blocked funds were more than sufficient to settle all due tax obligations and that they proposed to the prosecuting authorities that this money be transferred to the Tax Administration’s account to close the overdue tax debt; however, this proposal went unanswered.

Luka Abrus Fijačko has left the Management of ENDAVA. This occurred after two and a half years since the British IT company ENDAVA acquired the Croatian digital agency FIVE, where Abrus was a co-owner and director. Sven Marušić remains in the management of ENDAVA in Croatia along with two Britons Rohit Vinayak Bhoothalingama and Mark Stuart Thurstona.

The Zagreb branch of NAUTIKA CENTRA NAVA has been removed from the Court Register.
