Petar Nevistić, the former member of the Management Board of GA CROATIA, is the new CEO, replacing Lovro Živković, who has taken the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board instead of Thomas Schmid. Sabina Merhar and Romana Jolić are new members of the Management Board, replacing Diana Sorić Hictaler, and Rimon Ben Shaoul has also joined the Supervisory Board. Until last year, Nevistić was at the helm of the company formerly known as RENAULT NISSAN CROATIA, which has changed its name since operating under the Israeli group TAAVURA. The sale of Ford and Hyundai vehicles is also under the jurisdiction of Lovro Živković.

The court register has confirmed that the mandates of Croatian members of the Management Board of INA, Hrvoje Šimović, Marin Zovko, and Miroslav Skalicki, have been extended until appointments through a public competition, and no later than March 29, 2024.
