Around 50,000 visitors enjoyed the lavish program of the returning gaming festival Reboot InfoGamer powered by A1 at the Zagreb Fair. In addition to witnessing the exciting finale of the 12th season of the largest regional esports league A1 Adria League, they also enjoyed content provided by more than 90 exhibitors from around the world.
The satisfaction with the successfully executed gaming festival was not hidden by its organizer and co-founder and director of Reboot, Damir Đurović.
– The record number of visitors did not surprise us at all because we all know what Reboot InfoGamer powered by A1 represents to the regional gaming community. Over four days, we introduced visitors to the latest trends in the gaming industry with a brilliant program. The tandem of Reboot and A1 Croatia once again showed how organizing top-notch gaming and esports events is second nature to them – Đurović stated.
The exciting finale of the 12th season of the A1 Adria League will be talked about for a long time. In the four-day gaming spectacle, the organizers of the A1 Adria League and the A1 Student eChallenge student competition spoiled us with over 50 hours of gaming and esports content, including competitive tournaments with a prize pool of €17,130, interactive competitions with the audience, panel discussions, interviews, and much more.
The first day of the program was reserved for the visitors themselves, who had the opportunity to play against regional influencers in titles such as Counter-Strike, League of Legends ARAM, Tekken, and EAFC24. However, the other days on the A1 Adria League stage brought real esports content and the finals of the 12th season.
The best regional EAFC24 players were the first to take the stage, and the brilliant Tarik Novo from Bosnia and Herzegovina took home the victory, a check for €1,250, and his sixth championship title. Then we were entertained by the best Brawl Stars players, but there were no major changes there either, as the phenomenal team Salada de Frutas continued their complete dominance, having recently represented us at the Clash of Leagues finals in Austria.
The third game in line was another football simulation played on mobile phones. It is known that the EAFC24 Mobile community in the region has been growing for years, and since the 12th season, players finally got the chance to showcase their skills. With excellent commentators Stefan and Nikolas, mobile players competed for a prize pool of €1,350, and the victory went to SHAQ, who showed calmness and precision at key moments.
As is tradition at Reboot InfoGamer powered by A1, the grand finale of the 12th season of the league was Counter-Strike. For the first time, the final was played on the new version of the game (CS2), and the teams The Suspect and Zero Tenacity once again showed why the popular “counter” is often referred to as the “king of esports.” In a shocking finish, the Serbian team Z10 won with a score of 3:2, claiming their third consecutive title and becoming one of the most successful teams in the league’s history.
