After three years of hiatus, the gaming festival Reboot InfoGamer has reopened

After three years of hiatus, this week the regional gaming fair Reboot InfoGamer powered by A1 is being held, organized by Reboot and A1 Hrvatska, until Sunday, November 12, at the pavilions of the Zagreb Fair.

‒ We are returning in full glory, actually, in the most lavish edition to date. The moment has finally come for the largest regional gaming fair to once again win the hearts of gaming and esports enthusiasts. As always, we have included numerous surprises and attractions in the rich program of Reboot InfoGamer powered by A1, which will introduce visitors to the latest gaming and technological trends. We expect more than 50,000 visitors, who will be greeted by over 90 exhibitors from around the world, including many independent representatives of the regional video game industry, ‒ stated Damir Đurović, the organizer and co-founder and director of Reboot, at the opening of the fair.

Visitors can try out the latest games, purchase equipment, and among other things, test the newest Metin Quest VR headset. Additionally, during the fair, the finals of the 12th season of the A1 Adria League and the A1 Student eChallenge, a student competition with ten teams from various faculties, will take place.

‒ The Zagreb Fair will become the home of thrilling finals in games CS2, EA Sports FC 24, and EA Sports FC Mobile 24 for four days, and the audience can truly expect top-notch gaming performances, ‒ said Marina Parić, head of marketing communications at A1 Hrvatska, who added that this year’s total prize pool, which includes the 11th and 12th seasons of the A1 Adria League, both seasons of the A1 Student eChallenge, six Gaming Weekends, and Tekken LAN, is the richest to date, amounting to 38,160 euros.

During the fair, A1 Hrvatska, in collaboration with the Safer Internet Center, will also organize eight educational workshops for elementary school students aimed at educating them about the dangers they may encounter while using the internet.

‒ Our goal is to directly approach children and youth and educate them about internet safety through conversation and interactive tasks, as well as the trends that are becoming part of their daily interactions in the online and then offline world. The workshops are intended for upper-grade elementary school children, where they can certainly expect a relaxed atmosphere, an opportunity for their voices to be heard, to express their opinions in a safe and encouraging environment, working on concrete examples with useful recommendations and guidelines from our experts, ‒ explained Tomislav Ramljak, president of the Center for Missing and Abused Children, under which the Safer Internet Center operates.
