Companies and careers: Resignations in Fortenova’s agriculture, change at the helm of LTH metal casting, fourth name change of Helios…

Ivan Boban submitted his resignation as a member of the Management Board of FORTENOVA companies BELJU PLUS, VUPIK PLUS, PIK VINKOVCI PLUS, EKO BIOGRAD PLUS, and FELIX PLUS as of October 1. The new member of the management of all these companies instead of Boban is Ivan Begović.

Marina Klačmer Čalopa is the new dean of the Faculty of Informatics and Organization in Varaždin instead of Nina Begičević Ređep, who has entered the Supervisory Board of ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK.

James Tyson Hagale is the new, fourth member of the Management Board of LPT from Prelog.

Marko Žagar is the new director of DECATHLON ZAGREB instead of Céliana Leocata and has joined Michel Georges and Martin Kappler, who has held that position since 2014.

Iztok Plantarič is the new director of LTH METAL CASTING from Benkovac instead of the previous two-member Management Board consisting of Milivoj Jnežević and Jan Berčič.

The paint and varnish trader HELIOS CROATIA has changed its name for the fourth time in 17 years and is now called KANSAI HELIOS CROATIA. The company was founded in 2001 as a distributor of products from the Slovenian BELINKA under the name BELINKA BELLES, five years later it changed its name to BELINKA CROATIA, from 2012 to 2015 it operated as HG HELIOS, and then as HELIOS CROATIA. The current, fifth name, KANSAI HELIOS CROATIA, is actually an alignment with the name of the parent HANSAI HELIOS GROUP. In addition to Slovenian products, the company is also a distributor for the Zagreb-based CHROMOS, which operates within the same group.

Fabio Pampani is the new, third member of the Management Board of DOUGLAS PERFUMERY instead of Agnieszka Violette Mosurek-Zave.

Co-owner of NAUTIKA CENTAR NAVA Ingrid Ćosić has stepped down from the director position and completely handed over operational management to the company’s founder Dario Marijan.

Karlo Gjurić is the new member of the Supervisory Board of Osijek’s CESTING instead of Martine Vrankić-Zovko.

Vinko Alujević is the new member of the Supervisory Board of Split’s ČISTOĆA instead of Jasne Tolić.

Damir Kaluđer is the new member of the Management Board of SLATINSKA BANKA.

Nino Gotal has joined the owner of Zagreb’s MEDICOM Tomislavu Krsniku in the director position.

Jeroen Van Heusden has been dismissed from the Management Board of the Poreč tourist agency ROAN CAMPING HOLIDAYS.

Nada Popović, Marija Perić, and Marko Škrtić have entered the ownership structure of IZGRADNJA FUTURE and taken over director positions from the previous director and founder Darka Lovrića, who exited co-ownership last year. His partner Timon Kordić remains a co-owner and has taken over the procuration.

Vjekoslavu Koščaku has been granted procuration in Zagreb’s PAUL HARTMANN, while it has been revoked from Ivanu Matiću.
