Companies and Careers: New Supervisor of Coca-Cola in Croatia, Strengthening in the Management of HPB, Intercity Facing Bankruptcy

The new General Manager of COCA-COLA for Italy Frank O’Donnell has been appointed as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of COCA-COLA HBC CROATIA, replacing Nikolaos Kalaitzidakis, while Claudia Simon has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board instead of Boris Bunkin.

Josip Majher has been appointed as a new member of the Management Board of CROATIAN POST BANK.

Violeta Peljušić has been appointed as the temporary bankruptcy administrator of INTERCITY, a company owned by Marko Grizelj, which is engaged in the sale of motor vehicles. The procedure was initiated at the proposal of the Financial Agency. A hearing to discuss the prerequisites for opening bankruptcy proceedings against the debtor is scheduled for November 14.

By the decision of the Assembly of the company ISTRAŽIVAČ, a separation procedure has been determined for the establishment of a new company, ADEO HOTELS, to which part of the assets has been transferred.
