As a subsidiary of a German company, FASEK was established in Croatia in 1992, thus becoming a member of the FASEK group. In 2019, by adopting knowledge for the purpose of setting up the actuator production process, Croatian FASEK began producing actuators in Croatia, at the production facility in Lučko; initially, the volume of domestic production covered the needs of the domestic market and neighboring countries, and gradually the entire production moved from Germany to Croatia during 2022. Today, Croatian FASEK operates actively in the international market through the group; its own manufactured actuators have gained references in numerous countries around the world: Austria, Poland, Germany, Croatia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Iran, Egypt, Russia, China, Latvia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates, and other countries by projects.

FASEK creates high-value jobs with high know-how and gathers engineers in mechanical and computer engineering, petroleum mining, expands the team, and focuses on retaining and attracting top talent in the market who are interested in developing and creating new values, services, and providing new opportunities to clients.
For these reasons, FASEK decided to implement Moontop as a very modern and digital benefit program, in line with the times. Moontop represents a platform – a ‘driver’ for fast, digital, and simple organization of benefits.
- FLEXI BENEFIT PROGRAM – you define a monthly or annual budget, and employees choose benefits themselves, allocate the budget across benefits, and create a wish list of sales points where they want to use the benefits (e.g., favorite restaurants, gyms, hair salons, etc.).
- 100 percent AWARENESS – through the Moontop mobile application, employees are informed about which benefits are activated, the budget, review the list of sales points where they can use them, and of course, use benefits with one click.
- 6636.14 EUR ANNUALLY TAX-FREE – in addition to tax-free items that are easily payable in cash (such as rewards for work results and occasional rewards), many more can be withdrawn through Moontop (such as food 1592.67 euros annually in kind, 132.72 euros annually gift in kind, systematic check-ups, supplementary, additional, and similar)

- the type of benefits available to employees
- defining the budget for each benefit and employee
