Duolingo Introduces Math Lessons, as Well as a Universal Language – Music

The Duolingo app is primarily known for its digital language courses, but also for its quality symbiosis with social media and its mascot, a green owl named Duo.

However, as reported by the Famous Campaign portal, the platform has decided to take a step further and become synonymous with digital learning in the broadest sense, enriching its portfolio with lessons in mathematics and – music.

On the first day of the company’s annual global conference, Duocon, on October 11, it will launch music lessons, and in addition to this premiere, it will present new features related to all Duolingo products.

As hinted in the released trailer, the music lessons will be based on playing a digital piano, and users will be able to develop their musical skills with ‘hundreds of interactive lessons featuring over 200 well-known melodies’.

It is still unknown whether the lessons will be free (ad-supported), but there are rumors that they will follow a similar format as language learning. If this proves to be true, users will be able to pay for Super Duolingo for unlimited ad-free learning.
