The announcement on the Zagreb Stock Exchange states that he bought 7,500 ordinary shares of the Company at an average weighted price in 2019, which amounts to 56.96 euros per share, totaling 427.2 thousand euros.
In the announcement from Podravka, the owner of Belupo, it is stated that the average daily price of the share on August 22 was 137.58 euros, totaling 1.03 million euros, so the difference between the price at which the shares were purchased from the Company and the average daily price of the shares amounts to 604.65 thousand euros. This represents the basis for calculating tax liabilities and determining the amount due to member Đerek.
However, the announcement also states that based on trading on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Đerek released 7,500 ordinary shares on August 23.
