The Swedish company STILLFRONT GROUP AB (PUBL) has become the sole owner of NANOBIT. The Swedes acquired a majority stake of 78 percent three years ago. Alan Sumina and Zoran Vučinić remained at the helm of the company until the end of 2022, and have now relinquished their minority ownership stake.
