Vilma Učeta Duzlevska has been appointed as the new CEO of TRIGLAV OSIGURANJA. She replaces Tedo Djekanović, who served as the temporary CEO since mid-March after the departure of Denis Burmaza from the top position. Učeta Duzlevska has received Hanfa’s approval for a four-year term. She comes to the position with over fifteen years of management experience in the financial sector in the field of life and non-life insurance. Darko Popovski is also a member of the Management Board. Učeta Duzlevska will also serve as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors at TRIGLAV OSIGURANJA ŽIVOT in Macedonia.
Tomislav Bagarić has left his position as a member of the Management Board of the company MANŠPED from Bakra.
Changes in supervision and management have been implemented in the Commercial Register after TANKERSKA PLOVIDBA acquired a majority stake in the Zadar-based TURISTHOTEL. The Supervisory Board led by Fran Skoblar and Meri Matešić Sičić, who managed the company, has been dismissed. Agron Beriša has been appointed as the new CEO, and Marko Matković as a new member of the Management Board. New members of the company’s Supervisory Board have also been appointed. Ivan Pupovac has become the new president of the Supervisory Board instead of Skoblar, Mario Pavić his deputy instead of Mate Bilavera, and Joško Markov and Nikola Koščica have been appointed as new members instead of Ante Barića and Milenka Alerića.
