Milan Jukić has become the new member of the Supervisory Board of BJELINA SPAČVA from Vinkovci, replacing the previous member Joza Jović. Jović is also no longer a member of the Management Board of BJELIN OTOKA.

Boris Ćupurdija has joined the existing directors in that position at the company ŽITAR from Donji Miholjac.

Antonio Gennarelli has resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Rijeka shipyard VIKTOR LENAC. He held that position since 2020.

Philipp Rösler has been appointed the new Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MERITUS INVESTMENTS.

Thomas Mayer has resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of LIBURNIA RIVIERA HOTELS. He has held that role since 2019. Additionally, the shareholders of GITONE ADRIATIC have proposed that a new member, Dita Chrastilová, be appointed to the Supervisory Board of the company.

Ivani Dugalić has been granted procuration at the company AGRO-KPI.

The company ANBODE has acquired ownership of NEKRETNINAMA DUBROVNIK from Ljubica Delić, who has been replaced in the Management Board by Ivica Božan and Dejan Božić.
