The largest and most modern logistics project in Croatia is entering the next phase. RC Europe Group, a large development company from the Czech Republic, has started work on the construction of the RC Zone Samobor logistics park in the Bobovica economic zone. On a total land area of 170,000 square meters, there will be an impressive facility of 86,000 square meters intended for rent. In accordance with the requirements, needs, and desires of tenants, the space in the future logistics park will be usable for storage, production, or office business.
– We are pleased to announce this significant step in the overall realization of this huge and valuable investment project. The completion of construction is planned for the end of 2024, and we are already witnessing great interest and signing contracts with future tenants. The owners of RC Europe are satisfied with the investment climate in Croatia and greatly appreciate the cooperation and support of our valuable local team, as well as all relevant stakeholders in the City of Samobor and beyond. This is just the beginning of realizing our long-term plans for the Croatian market, and several new projects are already in preparation – said Antonín Dillenz, CEO of RC Europe and project manager.
