In a sea of contradictory macroeconomic information and forecasts from economic analysts for this year, we wanted to clarify at least somewhat what the actual business situation is ‘on the ground’ and what signals there are for the rest of the year. We asked the leaders of companies that are members of the Lider Exporters Club whether this year is as stressful as last year or if they notice that the market situation is calming down, what recent trends are in their industry and how they are adapting, what their key business challenges are, and what signals they are receiving from their export markets.
Today we publish the responses of Đuro Horvat, owner and director of Tehnix:
– The company Tehnix is a leader in environmental protection and the production of container modules for the construction of schools, kindergartens, business spaces, and residential modules. Last year was very successful for business. We had a 14 percent increase in revenue compared to 2021. High-quality products that everyone needs are a guarantee of our lasting success. This year we are doing business more easily with the euro. We have good, quality products and that gives us business stability and permanent employment.
The market is becoming increasingly demanding, requiring business partners to adopt a more responsible and professionally businesslike approach in fulfilling contractual obligations, which includes delivery deadlines so that the agreed quality products are delivered on time to the customer’s warehouse. The managerial potential of Tehnix’s management is extremely professionally responsible for customer satisfaction, which is confirmed by our slogan: A satisfied customer is our interest.
Tehnix, together with Mercedes, produces all types of municipal vehicles that were exclusively imported into Croatia. We received a valuable award from Mercedes for successful business, a silver wall clock. The greatest recognition is satisfied customers, of whom there are more and more thanks to the quality product that achieves customer satisfaction for lasting functionality, low maintenance costs, fuel savings, and quick waste collection. We solve employment and successful business ourselves. We want the Chamber of Commerce to protect domestic producers of quality products, which significantly reduce the value of imports and benefit the state, the customer, and the producers of domestic products.
