The founder of PRIMAT-LOGISTICS Bruno Dujmović has transferred ownership to his son Matej Dujmović, while retaining the power of attorney. The new owner was previously the director and has now become the president of the Management Board, which includes two former directors, Maja Štimac and Kazimir Dujmović.
