The management of Kraš has decided to increase salaries for employees working in production and warehouses starting from May, and material rights in the area of non-taxable income have also been increased for all employees.
This move is an expression of the company’s intention to continuously improve working conditions and the well-being of its employees, with an additional investment of 1.2 million euros planned from May until the end of this year, which relates to salary increases for nearly 1,050 workers in production and warehouses, as well as an increase in income for all employees through an increase in non-taxable allowances for employee meals.
As one of the leading companies in the food industry, Kraš is aware of the key importance of employees and their contribution to successful business operations. The latest salary increase is a continuation of a long-standing practice of systematic investment in employees and is just one of the ways to enhance employee satisfaction, which is a priority in Kraš’s business, according to their statement.
