Companies and Careers: Who is the new director of LNG Croatia, change at the helm of Helios Croatia…

Ivan Fugaš has been appointed as the new director of LNG CROATIA, replacing Hrvoje Krhen, who held the position since 2020. Fugaš is a petroleum engineering graduate and has been with LNG since May 2020 when he took the position of director of the Technical-Operational Sector and was the responsible person for the management, maintenance, and development of the LNG Terminal. Prior to joining LNG, Fugaš has an 18-year career highlighted by engineering and management experience at Crosco and Plinacro.

Ivan Marković has left the position of director of HELIOS CROATIA. The company is now independently led by Goran Dolenec.

Ivan Funčić has left the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Rijeka FOOD INDUSTRY COMBINE after recently being appointed as the new president of the Management Board of SECURITAS CROATIA.

Mirko Bebek has been appointed as a new member of the Management Board of the Kaštela company AS KRAMAR, replacing Filip Deldum.

Drago Goić has been appointed as the sole director of the company SGS ADRIATICA, replacing Marinko Ukropina.

VODOVOD PULA has merged with the Pula company PRAGRANDE.

In the bankruptcy proceedings against the company CAMALOON CROATIA, owned by the Spanish company CAMALIZE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, Predrag Filajdić has been appointed as the temporary bankruptcy administrator. The proposal to open the proceedings was initiated by the Financial Agency due to recorded unpaid obligations amounting to €312.63 thousand. A hearing to discuss the prerequisites for opening bankruptcy proceedings is scheduled for September 7, 2023.

Hadis Sadiković has taken ownership and the director role from Ivica Ljubas in the company ROYAL CONNECT.
