This week, the mobile application of the Zagreb Electric Tram (ZET) has started operating, allowing for the purchase of tickets digitally, which we have already reported in Lider. So far, according to the data we received from ZET, more than 18,600 users have already downloaded the application, but the first week has not passed without difficulties, which they themselves confirmed.
– So far, we have received only a negligible number of complaints related to difficulties in using and the procedure for transitioning from subscription cards to the application, which we are resolving as quickly as possible – stated ZET.
Some users have already complained on social media because activating the Moj ZET application directly means deactivating the subscription card. We asked the company why the funds in the e-wallet of the subscription card can no longer be used after switching to the mobile application.
– This is one of the options offered, which users can choose, but do not have to. Namely, the instructions for using the application state that by linking the account, the personalized or subscription card is automatically deactivated, and its use is no longer possible. Therefore, we advise users to use the subscription card while there are funds available for purchasing individual tickets, as after linking the user account, the funds they had available at that moment can no longer be used – explained ZET.
If the user has already linked their user account, a refund of the remaining funds is possible to a current account, for which they need to contact the company directly or personally go to the complaints desk in Ozaljska.
Let us remind you, the mobile application for purchasing tickets was announced back in 2018, and on Monday it was finally presented by the Mayor of Zagreb Tomislav Tomašević, along with representatives of ZET.
