The court register has confirmed the change at the helm of SAPONIJA, where the son of the late owner Mirko Grbešić, Ivan Grbešić, replaced Dajana Mrčela as CEO. Additionally, the entry of Davor Bošnjaković as a member of the Management Board of SAPONIJA has also been confirmed in the register. He replaced Mrčela and took the position of the sole member of the Management Board of KANDIT.
After Dalibor Ćubela, a member of the Management Board of ZAGREBAČKA BANKA, took over the position of Deputy CEO of UNICREDIT BULBANKA in Bulgaria, he also left the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UNICREDIT LEASING CROATIA, where he was replaced by Jasna Mandac, a member of the Management Board of ZABA and a former member of the Supervisory Board.
