Stock Exchange Penalizes Companies for Failing to Submit Financial Reports

Eleven companies received public warnings for failing to submit and publish their annual report for 2022 and for the first quarter of 2023 within the prescribed deadline, and some of them were also fined 660 euros. This decision was made by the Management of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, led by President Ivana Gažić, based on the Capital Market Act and the Exchange Rules.

Institut IGH, Maraska, Vjesnik in liquidation, and Hoteli Haludovo Malinska (which only published for the first quarter of 2023, but not for 2022) as well as Jelsa (without both reports) received a public warning and were fined 660 euros. Varteks and Lanište only received a public warning, although these companies also did not publish any mandatory reports.

Jadroplov and Ingra received a public warning without a monetary fine (having only published the report for the first quarter of 2023), as did Jadran and The Garden Brewery. The latter two companies did publish their annual and quarterly reports, but the Exchange states that they did not submit them within the prescribed deadline and publish them to the public.
