In these difficult times, to assist our private and business users in the flooded areas of the municipalities of Obrovac, Gračac, Hrvatska Kostajnica, Dvor, and other affected areas, A1 Croatia will, upon request from fixed service users, enable temporary suspension of lines free of charge and provide free equipment replacement if it was damaged in the flood.
For our mobile users of A1 and Tomato services, whether on prepaid or subscription, we have prepared several options for assistance at no charge, such as additional minutes or internet traffic, depending on their needs. We invite them to contact Customer Service or any A1 sales point.
Additionally, A1 Croatia will, upon request from users, implement a reduction of fixed line bills for May at addresses where a disruption or significant degradation of fixed service has been established due to the flood.
