The cycle of investment forums Lider invest, organized by the business weekly Lider since 2016, begins its journey to promote manufacturing investments that create new jobs, increase exports, and generate added value on May 4, 2023, in Novska, at the Business Incubator PISMO 2 starting at 10 AM.
Such investments are crucial for economic recovery, which is why we are preparing a gathering of entrepreneurs, representatives of institutions, and public and local administration with special enthusiasm.
After the welcoming speeches by Bojana Božanić Ivanović, director of Lider, Tihomir Babić, president of the Sisak County Chamber of Commerce, the mayor of Novska Marija Kušmiš, and the prefect of Sisak-Moslavina County Ivan Celjak, who will also present on entrepreneurship in SMŽ, the presentation of the Lider invest project will follow.
Mirela Đuran, head of the micro-enterprise department at the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, will present the financial support opportunities from HBOR for entrepreneurs in SMŽ.
On the panel discussion about the obstacles to creating a positive investment environment and how to remove those obstacles, Matt Darko Sertić, founder and director of the Sisak company Applied Ceramics, Zlatko Redžić, director of the Novska company Metaflex, Stjepan Šmit, owner and director of the Kutina company Šmit Electronic, Ella Jagodin, HR manager at the Novska company Ante Mijić-Quercus, and Vida Iličić, director of the Development Agency of the City of Novska – NORA, will speak. The panel will be moderated by Lider’s editor Manuela Tašler.
