The company TIM TOPUSKO transformed from a joint-stock company into a limited liability company, and the previous sole shareholder SIGNAL PROJEKT became the sole owner of the company. The company also dissolved the supervisory board, which included Zlatko Iskrić, Nevena Jurić and Dražen Lančić.
Bankruptcy proceedings have been opened against the company INEM-ELECTRONIC owned by Nenad Jagodić, initiated by the Financial Agency due to a debt of 724.9 thousand euros. Ivana Kalkan has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee. The creditors’ meeting to examine the submitted claims is scheduled for July 12, 2023.
