As the legal deadline for submitting annual financial reports for statistical and other purposes for the year 2022 approaches, which lasts until April 30, 2023. Fina calls on all entrepreneurs to submit their reports on time and avoid penalties. By Monday, April 17, 2023, out of a total of 168,808 obligated entities, 42,280 had submitted their annual financial report for 2022.
Reports can be submitted in the following ways:
- via the RGFI web application, using a digital certificate
- via the online service for document submission
- by mail
- to the nearest Fina branch

For public disclosure purposes, entrepreneurs are required to submit annual financial reports within six months, and consolidated annual financial reports for public disclosure within nine months after the end of their business year.
For failing to submit the annual financial report and other documentation, a monetary fine is prescribed in the amount of 1,320 to 13,270 euros, and for the responsible person in the amount of 660 to 2,650 euros.
