Companies and Careers: Changes in Directors at City Connect, Pezo Appointed Head of Brodomerkur…

Ivica Mađura and Ivana Barić are no longer directors of the Varaždin CITY CONNECT, and Marko Dagelić is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board.

Mate Pezo has been appointed as the new President of the Management Board of BRODOMERKUR from Split. He held this position from March 2020 until the end of November 2022, when Tomislav Petrović unexpectedly and irrevocably resigned three months after the death of the majority owner Mirko Grbešić and immediately received a power of attorney at YTONG POROBETON from Zagreb, where he had previously worked a few years ago. Since December, BRODOMERKUR has been managed by Management Board member Ivica Sunara, who remains in the two-member management.

Ivan Bilić has taken on the role of Management Board member at the Split ELECTRICIAN.

Ivan Karlić, who was previously a procurator at GIR, has joined Radmila Karlić in the director position at the company.

Ivana Kraljević has left her position as a member of the Management Board of MONTMONTAŽA.

The former director of the company DOBRA from Topolovac, Senad Suljić, has stepped down to the position of procurator, and the director position has been taken over by Nenad Suljić. Both are co-owners of the company.

Darko Vinici has become the deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of LUKE ŠIBENIK instead of Marko Ptičar.

Siniša Sekulić is no longer the director of TECHNOFOREST.

Stefan Plass has become a new member of the Management Board of ZENITEL MEDITERRANEAN instead of Marcus Antonius Küpers.

Neven Moferdin has become a co-owner of the company ZONA TRI.

Sanja Vučković has become the new deputy chair of the Supervisory Board of the CROATIAN REGISTER OF OBLIGATIONS instead of Katarina Vlahović Ilić, who remains a member of the Supervisory Board. Ivana Drlje and Petra Bašić Jantolić are new members instead of Andrijana Palac Bodrožić and Dubravka-Ante Mlikotića.
