The former director of Zagreb’s TEHNIKA Bojan Horvačić has been appointed as the president of the Management Board of the company. Tomislav Bronić, who was previously the deputy president of the Supervisory Board, has been appointed as a member of the Management Board, and his role in the Supervisory Board has been taken over by Andrej Tolušić.

The Dutch company STICHTING ADMINISTRATIEKANTOOR SOFA NL has entered the ownership structure of Zagreb’s SOFA IT, the company that manages the Sofascore application. This is actually the newly established management of the SOFA NL foundation, which is the fourth co-owner – alongside founders Ivan Bešlić and Zlatko Hrkača – and employees also have a stake through the company SOFA ESOP.
